Fulham multi-level Garden

This was the second Fulham garden we had designed for our client, who is a talented interior designer. She had a clear vision of the design for her new house, and knew she wanted the garden to mirror the clean lines of her modern extension, but for us to design soft pretty Mediterranean planting for the beds, with plenty of movement. As our client has dogs, we used raised beds, with rendered walls painted in a charcoal to really set off the planting. As a focal point we designed a large square central bed with a beautiful gnarled olive tree pride of place.

As the client has a double height glass extension on the back of her house, and so the Garden needed to look as good from inside the house, as out. We designed a number of multi-level elements to the garden so that when inside the house and in the basement, you look out onto pretty planting, and the garden flowed with the beautiful steps up, and into the main garden.
