Wimbledon wraparound garden

Our clients presented us with a blank canvass for this Wimbledon project, they had completely remodelled their property, which had a large wraparound garden.

We created a number of distinct areas for the garden, starting with a sunken garden inspired by the court of the Myrtles, in Andalusia and featuring umbrella pleached Crab apples and a large black slate bubbling fountain. The garden then continues around the side of the property, where we featured raised beds filled with Architectural plants that looked striking from inside the property. Finally the garden at the rear of the property opens out to include a generous lawned area, and sun soaked terrace. Limestone paving unites the whole garden and created a bright grounding that sets off the verdant planting, which incorporated dozens of our client's existing Rose collection.
